Africa Code Week: Coding the Future 2018 (Supported by Google) is here again!

Last year, we taught 479 youngsters to code and it was a satisfying experience! This year, we are going to be holding coding workshops at various locations in Enugu North and Enugu South with the goal of giving over 2000 children a practical exposure to coding; the language of the future. The event holds in the month of October and will kick off at Skyline Futuristic Academy and spread to other locations within Enugu North and South.

In Africa Code Week 2017, we introduced over 479 young learners to coding, and this year – we ramped things up by by working with Enugu State, Government to introduce 2261 youngsters from mostly underprivileged backgrounds to coding in Enugu State, Nigeria. The passion of the Students to learn coding was mesmerizing, their excitement was satisfying, their brilliance was humbling. It was a remarkable moment in the year 2018 for us here at Skyline Futuristic Eco West African Academy!

We bridge the divide between the broke electrician and that home with multiple electrical faults. From hair dressers to auto mechanics; we have identified over 24+ professional skill categories to take to the moon 🌚
